1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to the cbajee platform and all services under it. By accessing the cbajee website or app, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted all terms set out in this document.

These terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If any part of the terms is unclear, please contact the cbajee support team.

1.1 Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to use cbajee's services. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or playing games on this platform. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

1.2 One Account Rule

Each person may operate only one account on cbajee. If multiple accounts are detected under the same person's name, or from the same household or device, cbajee reserves the right to close all related accounts.

2 Account Registration

When creating an account on cbajee, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. If any of the details you provided at registration change, it is your responsibility to update them in your account settings without delay.

2.1 Required Information

• Full name (as on your national ID or passport)
• Date of birth (for verifying that you are 21 or older)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Details of your preferred mobile payment method

2.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your cbajee username and password confidential. Sharing or giving your login details to anyone else is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

3 Account Verification

cbajee verifies user identity and age through a KYC process. cbajee may request documents for verification before processing a withdrawal request or after a certain volume of transactions.

3.1 Documents Required for Verification

• Clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• OTP verification to your active mobile number
• A recent utility bill or proof of address if required

If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, your account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

cbajee currently supports four mobile banking methods for transactions: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all methods.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made only from a mobile wallet registered in your own name
• Deposits through a third party are not accepted
• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for all methods)

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit
• Withdrawal processing normally takes between 10 and 45 minutes
• Withdrawal requests may be held if account verification is not complete

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the correct details are entered at the time of deposit. cbajee will not be held responsible if a deposit is not credited correctly due to incorrect information. If a problem occurs, notify the support team and keep the transaction reference number.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

cbajee offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and applies only to eligible account holders.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — meaning ৳1,200 in bonus requires ৳30,000 in wagering.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account
• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus will be forfeited
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in account closure
• cbajee reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer

5.3 VIP Cashback

Regular players receive weekly cashback through the VIP programme. Across four tiers from Bronze to Platinum, cashback of 0.3% to a maximum of 1.2% is paid on weekly net losses. For example, a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳180 in cashback.

6 Gaming Policy

All games available on cbajee — slots, live casino, fishing games, cricket and football betting, and other categories — operate under specific rules. Each game has its own rulebook and RTP.

6.1 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical error, cbajee reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the stake.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, results are determined based on the official outcome of the relevant match. cbajee's own odds-setting method applies to match betting for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments.

6.3 Game Errors

If a software or server issue causes an unusual discrepancy in a game result, cbajee reserves the right to cancel that round. In suspicious circumstances, cbajee may hold payment until an investigation is complete.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbajee platform. Violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

• Any attempt at fraud or cheating
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Making deposits using third-party funds
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account
• Using the platform for illegal money transfers or money laundering

8 Account Suspension and Closure

cbajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time for any reason — particularly in cases of terms violations.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may contact the cbajee support team to request closure of your own account. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before closure; however, bonus balances for which wagering requirements have not been met are non-refundable.

8.2 Self-Imposed Break

Users may temporarily suspend their own account for a set period. This facility can be activated through the support team.

9 Privacy and Data Protection
